Deep golden yellow color with amber-gold highlights due to the maceration of the skins. Aromatic nose with (dried) stone fruit, blossom, honey, and spicy notes. Complex and refined on the palate with notes of candied citrus, white tea, savory minerality, soft tannins, and a fresh, lingering, and clean finish.
A gourmet wine, perfect with refined vegetarian dishes, roasted vegetables with Parmesan, (grilled) oily fish, and risotto. Serve at 15°C.

About the winemaker
Damijan Podversic is a leading winemaker from Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. He is one of the pioneers of artisanal viticulture in the region and is known for his terroir-driven wines with long skin maceration and minimal intervention. With a focus on indigenous grapes, he creates complex, gastronomic wines with great depth and ageing potential. The estate operates entirely organically and biodynamically.
