About the winemaker Giulia Negri comes from a family where wine has been made for over 150 years. When she started her own estate she was quickly dubbed the "Barologirl". She sailed her own course and in her small cellar made wines the way she wanted to make them. Wines from nebbiolo of course, but also from barbera, pinot noir and chardonnay. Her wines are very precise and the tannin structure is amazing. Giulia is a great of her region and the area of Serradenari is her home.

Vineyard	The vineyards of Giuli Negri are all located around La Morra. This Barbera d'Alba comes specifically from vineyards in La Morra, Serradenari. Here at an altitude of 400 meters, the soil consists of sandy clay.
Vinification	The vinification starts spontaneously on stainless steel with a maceration of about 15 days. After this is the ageing is on oak tonneaux of 350 liters. The aging process takes 16 months.
