About the winemaker
Luca Currado Vietti is a living winemaking legend from Piedmont. For generations, the Vietti family has been one of the most important winemaking families in the Langhe region. After his education, Luca gained experience as a winemaker at renowned wineries in Bordeaux and California. He then succeeded his father Alfredo Currado and was responsible for vinification on the family estate in Piedmont for 35 years. Elena was responsible for international distribution there and not long afterwards started Elena Spirits, a line of high-quality craft spirits (gin) and fortified wine (vermouth).
